By order of the Mayor of Blagoevgrad Municipality, Rumen Tomov has been allowed since April 28, 2020. visiting parks and gardens for children with their parents Visits to the following persons are allowed: -Children up to 12 years old, accompanied by a parent (s) or family member (s), but not more than two adults, in the hour range from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm daily; - Dog owners, but no more than one, until 9:30 am and after 6:30 pm, every day. Blagoevgrad Municipality urges residents to strictly follow anti-epidemic measures when visiting city parks and gardens.
