The Minister of Health, by his order, authorizes visits to urban parks and gardens of the following people: - children up to 12 years old, accompanied by a parent (s) or family member (s), but no more than two adults, in the hour range from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm daily; - dog owners, but not more than one, until 9:30 am and after 6:30 pm every day
